Rights in materials

Unless stated otherwise, the original design, text, code, imagery and components of Tolire are protected by copyright and related rights and may not be reused without permission.

User content

You retain ownership of materials you upload, but grant Tolire a limited licence to host, store and display them as needed to provide the service.

Takedown

If material is believed to infringe copyright, Tolire may review, restrict or remove it. Send a notice to hello@tolire.com with the URL, a description, and supporting proof of your rights.

Governing law

These documents follow Indonesian law — including UU PDP 27/2022 (Personal Data Protection), UU ITE 1/2024, PP PSTE 71/2019 and PP 5/2024 — with international principles applied secondarily. This English text is provided for convenience; where required, the Indonesian-language version prevails. Nothing here is legal, tax or immigration advice.
