Data Deletion Request

Scope

You may request deletion of your account, deletion of specific data, or restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Verification

Tolire may verify your identity before acting on a deletion request, to protect your data from unauthorised requests.

Exceptions

Some data may need to be retained for audit, security, anti-fraud, evidentiary, or other legal obligations, for the period required by law. Requests: dpo@tolire.com.

Governing law

These documents follow Indonesian law — including UU PDP 27/2022 (Personal Data Protection), UU ITE 1/2024, PP PSTE 71/2019 and PP 5/2024 — with international principles applied secondarily. This English text is provided for convenience; where required, the Indonesian-language version prevails. Nothing here is legal, tax or immigration advice.
