Your data is used for authentication, account operations, communication, moderation, security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and to meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

For users in Indonesia, our approach is aligned with UU PDP 27/2022 and relies on consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest, as applicable.

Cross-border transfers

Where our infrastructure processes data across countries, transfers are made on a lawful basis and with appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, updating, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@tolire.com.

Governing law

These documents follow Indonesian law — including UU PDP 27/2022 (Personal Data Protection), UU ITE 1/2024, PP PSTE 71/2019 and PP 5/2024 — with international principles applied secondarily. This English text is provided for convenience; where required, the Indonesian-language version prevails. Nothing here is legal, tax or immigration advice.
