Tolire (tolire.com) provides a luxury residency and paradise investment platform. These terms govern your access to and use of the website and related services. By using the site, you accept them.

Accounts and eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information, use legitimate contact channels, and keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Content and conduct

You may not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, infringement of others' rights, or any unlawful activity. We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove content and accounts.

Governing law

For Indonesia, these terms prioritise UU PDP 27/2022, UU ITE 1/2024, PP PSTE 71/2019, PP 5/2024 and other applicable regulations. Immigration, property and financial matters are subject to the specific requirements of licensed counsel and the relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tolire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These documents follow Indonesian law — including UU PDP 27/2022 (Personal Data Protection), UU ITE 1/2024, PP PSTE 71/2019 and PP 5/2024 — with international principles applied secondarily. This English text is provided for convenience; where required, the Indonesian-language version prevails. Nothing here is legal, tax or immigration advice.
